Listing Monitoring
What it is
A history log of the property's public listing — price and status over time — captured on demand from a connected listing-data provider.
Why / when you'd use it
Useful for tracking whether a seller drops the price or the listing status changes (e.g. goes under contract with someone else) while you're still deciding.
Checking a listing
Select Check listing now. If a listing-data provider is connected, Brickwise captures a snapshot — price, status, days on market — and adds it to the history table below, along with a link to the listing itself if a URL is available.

Like the Research tools, this shows a BLOCKED message with a plain-language reason instead of a fabricated result when no listing-data provider is connected — which is the case in the standard configuration today (see Limits & Expectations).
